Throughout her career, she held diverse positions, eventually dedicating herself to enhancing capability within Medical Affairs Teams in biotech and pharma companies. A strong proponent of ‘purpose’ for driving engagement and planning to achieve swift results, Helen finds immense satisfaction in working with Medical Affairs, considering it vital to any successful launch and ripe with growth opportunities.
