Alex Kaukars

Born in Frankfurt, Alex Kaukars has been the Founder and Managing Partner of Kapel & Muur since the summer of 2016.

At Kapel & Muur he has since been working as a trainer and coach in the areas of sales and intercultural competence. Alex designs and trains behavioural programs for corporate executives which are supported by psychometric assessments and technical expertise of a renowned research institute, Behavioral Sciences Research based in Dallas, Texas.

Alex Kaukars lived with a host family in the Argentine part of Patagonia for a year as part of an exchange students’ programme of the American Field Service. He is a trained airline commercial manager, holds a degree in business administration with a focus on supply chain management and systems theory, and has 18 years of professional experience in sales and management positions in international medium-sized companies and global corporations from Anglo-Saxon and Western European countries.

As an intercultural trainer, Alex is certified by Jacobs-University, Bremen and InterCultur gGmbH. He is an Associated Partner of ReMap Ltd and an accredited trainer of Behavioral Sciences Research Press, Dallas, USA and holds a trainer’s license from ADAC Hessen-Thuringia.

He speaks German as his native language as well as English, Spanish and French.
