In this 60-minute masterclass, strategy and engagement consultant Alex Palumbo will address that challenge. Alex will describe the progression from HCP to KOL, including key indicators of scientific influence and engagement.
Alex will present a practical approach to profiling high-potential HCPs who can elevate the goals of an organisation’s medical strategy, focusing on territory management and HCP engagement tailored around the day-to-day tasks of MSLs.
