In this fascinating 60-minute masterclass for LSAA members, Denise Blanchard, a highly experienced development coach and Insights Practitioner, explains how Insights Discovery can help people truly understand themselves.
Insights Discovery uses a simple and memorable four-colour model to help people understand their style, strengths and the value they bring to their team. These ‘colour energies’ are a unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determine how and why people behave the way they do.
