In this FREE 60-minute Live Masterclass, Professor Geir Jordet, an expert football psychologist, shares some of the secrets of the penalty shootout and explains what the Life Science sector can learn to better perform and lead under pressure.

Geir has spent his professional life studying the penalty shootout, where individuals and teams are required to perform at their absolute best in an intensely high-pressured environment. Utilising his expertise and deep understanding of the psychology of high-level performance, he has advised more than 20 professional football (national and club) teams on how to deliver when it counts and to win.
