In this practical and insight-driven 60-minute masterclass for LSAA members, independent NHS consultant Scott McKenzie offers a timely review of NHS activity across London and the South East. He focuses on the operational pressures, evolving behaviours and engagement dynamics shaping decisions across systems and places.

Drawing on his current work with NHS leaders, commissioners and provider collaboratives in the region, Scott will share what he’s observing in boardrooms and conversations – from the continued influence of financial and workforce challenges to new behaviours emerging in how services are delivered, prioritised and commissioned.
