Scott is a highly motivated and inspirational change management specialist, who followed 10 years of pharmaceutical industry sales and management experience by establishing his own management consultancy in 2005, working directly with the NHS.

For the past 15 years, Scott has worked inside the NHS. He supports new and established Primary Care Networks (PCNs) of up to 50,000 patients, GP Federations, Super Practices and Integrated Care Systems to deliver high-quality patient outcomes with financially viable solutions.
