Viv is an experienced learning and development specialist with 30 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Diagnostic sectors.

Viv started her professional career in sales and sales management roles working for Merck. Whilst at Merck she discovered her passion for people development and has subsequently specialized in learning and development roles with Lundbeck, Ashfield Insights and Performance, and Otsuka. Viv is currently European Learning & Development Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific where she has been responsible for creating a Europe-wide training team to develop the people capabilities within the business. Viv has CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Development, is CILM accredited coach, and is a qualified practitioner for PSS, MBTI, FIRO B, Situational Leadership, Kirkpatrick Evaluation, and NLP.

Viv has a proven and successful track record in training design, development and delivery for both individuals and organizations.

Viv has previously participated as a Pf Awards Judge and been on the Steering Committee for UK Healthcare & Learning Professionals Networking Group & Pharma Times Key Account Management Awards. In 2015 she was the Winner in the Learning & Development Category of Pf Awards, in 2013, she was a finalist in the Pf Awards and Finalist and the CIPD Awards.
