Terry Neild has a great wealth of leadership and management experience gained from twenty-six years in the Royal Air Force and has worked closely with Santander, BGC, and Commerzbank, as well as many other top UK and International businesses. He strongly believes that great leadership begins with greater self-awareness because only by understanding yourself can you begin to understand others.
