Steve Sweeney

Director - 212 Degrees Limited

Steve Sweeney

Steve has worked in a variety of senior commercial & development roles in the pharmaceutical industry over the past 20 years. He has led the design and implementation of significant organizational change programs in recent years – always ensuring a balanced approach to the delivery of business objectives and the development of people.

Steve is now an established expert in the field of Key Account Management, (winning rave reviews for his articles on ‘Customer Strategies’, as well as emerging as a regular guest speaker at International Symposia). His experience of embedding KAM into a large Pharma organization is supplemented by his ongoing research work at the Cranfield School of Management.

The insight gained from this research is central to the design of all training interventions, as it draws on ‘best practice’ experience from across a number of different industries. This in turn helps organizations and individuals to challenge conventional working practices in Pharma, by adopting a much more ‘outside-in’ approach to their customer and their business.
