Simon Wills

Simon has over 22 years of pharmaceutical, CSO, and devices industry experience having worked with leading companies such as Daiichi Sankyo, Smith and Nephew, Schering Plough/Organon, Kyowa Hakko Kirin, Pharmexx UK Ltd, Besins Healthcare Ltd and Scope Ophthalmics holding senior management roles at the associate and board level.

He specializes in leadership, development, and training specialized teams as well as product launches, market access programs, and solutions

Simon has developed a bespoke competency and performance-management program/framework that removes all subjectivity from the review process across an organization, whilst supporting individual development and growth, resulting in higher motivation and retention rates of personnel. His framework really focuses the attention of the individual onto a journey that supports their own development and that they are in control of. This saves his clients valuable time and money.

Simon has managed several businesses in other sectors within his career and has a keen entrepreneurial mindset. This mindset has enabled him to:

• achieve results from people through mentoring, coaching, and employee engagement
• develop and implement market access programs and solutions.
• train and develop HDM, KAM, and sales teams.

Since leaving a corporate career in 2019, Simon founded SJW Pharma Projects Ltd a specialist consultancy working with companies that wish to realign, manage change or develop new commercial strategies and access.
