Sharon has worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for 30 years spending 15 years with AstraZeneca in their global organisation project managing and training personnel in new systems and processes across Europe and America. This was followed by 10 years in AZ’s UK Sales Force launching products in the CV, Respiratory, Diabetes and ACS portfolios most recently as a Regional Account Manager in Northern England.
Sharon joined Boehringer-Ingelheim working in first and second-line management building account plans aligned to customer and business priorities and launching and implementing BI’s new Diabetes and Respiratory portfolios in Northern England and Scotland.
During her tenure with BI, she developed new Corporate Governance processes aligned to the ABPI for the UK sales teams as well as partnering with HR to develop new performance and capability procedures specifically for line managers to support appropriate behaviours and maximise ethical sales performance.
Sharon is experienced in Performance Coaching and Account Management and is a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England Instructor Member.
