Sara Cox

Sara Cox has over 25 years of experience in training and development design and delivery, working in Head of Training roles, Learning and Development, Leadership Development and Training Manager roles within the Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices industry. Sara has worked across multiple therapy areas.

Originally beginning her career as a pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Sara has won many incentives and awards for her selling ability.

Sara is an International Trainer of NLP, trained over a four-year period by its co-creator John Grinder, and mentored by him in Spain for two months.

Sara has an MA in Creative Writing from Manchester Metropolitan University, is an alumnus of the ‘Faber Academy’ and ‘Curtis Brown Creative’ and has completed a fiction-editing course with the ‘Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading’.
