Sally has a true passion for Diversity and Inclusion, in her previous role working within HSBC’s Ethnicity ERG, Embrace and currently working with PurpleSpace members to build and develop thriving impactful disability ERG/Networks globally to propel culture change.

Sally was diagnosed with MS over 10 years ago, a diagnosis that has taken her some time to open up about because of her belief that a leader admitting illness equalled weakness. She now realises it shows that she is human – MS stands for Mighty Strong, not Multiple Sclerosis.
