Rich is the founder of Let’s Go – offering specialist support to organisations who want to reinvigorate how they work together in complex times.
In 2016 he created The Let’s Go Model – a refreshingly useful way to see the human dynamics of working together – and since then has been embedding this approach into some of the world’s most ambitious organisations. This has included up-skilling 12,000 managers at Bank of China, supporting Warner Bros Discovery through the largest merger in media history, refreshing Accenture’s approach to meetings and building a global facilitator community to take these tools far and wide.
Rich is on the executive education faculty at Duke CE and Emeritus, as well as a refreshing keynote speaker. Outside of work, he is a tired dad in Sussex, England.
