Paul Walker

Paul has 32 years of experience in pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, for the past 13 years he has worked across both NHS England & Wales and the private channel in Ophthalmology, in particular cataract surgery and Glaucoma.

In his career, he has held numerous sales coaching, and leadership positions within several Global blue-chip pharmaceutical/healthcare companies, including GSK, Pfizer, Abbott, and up until recently Johnson & Johnson.

Paul is an experienced sales performance coach, facilitator, and selling skills trainer. Delivering both 1-1 coaching sessions and has delivered both UK/EMEA-based local train-the-trainer and train-the-facilitator sessions across numerous industries

His passion for coaching and sales training comes from the years worked as a coach and sales trainer. He feels that coaching is the bedrock behind all successful sales individuals and is a huge believer in delivering excellent selling skills, continuous coaching, and supporting personal development plans.

He is a qualified NLP Business Practitioner which has helped clients in their both professional and personal lives and has recently completed the GAP Partnership negotiation skills workshop.

Other notable achievements in my career include sales training awards with Abbott and collaboration to help develop a global coaching model with Johnson & Johnson.

Before that Paul served 11 years in the British army as a male nurse, traveling extensively.

Married to Ruth, Paul has two grown-up sons Benjamin & Christian, and when not working he enjoys walking with Ruth and their cockerpoo dog Bailey, Paul sings as a tenor in a choir and is involved in volunteer work for the Commonwealth war graves commission.
