Paul Beresford

Paul has over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, having worked in UK, European and global roles. Currently, he is consulting with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, helping them evaluate ‘go-to-market’ strategies and commercialisation investment decisions in Europe.

Based in Switzerland, Paul was as the International General Manager for Blueprint Medicines (a US Biotech), setting up the company from scratch in Europe, building the cross-functional team and launching the company’s first product. Prior to this, Paul lead global product strategy for some of Shire’s Rare and Genetic Diseases portfolio. Paul has launched multiple products in the UK and internationally, across multiple therapeutic areas, including speciality medicine, oncology and rare and orphan diseases.
