Neil Dugdale joined Sobi (Swedish Orphan Biovitrum at the beginning of 2015 and is the Vice-President for Northern Europe and General Manager of, the UK, and RoI. Previously he was Oncology Director, at Merck Serono, and prior to that, he was the founder and owner of DGYC ltd, a company specialising in marketing consultancy and interim management in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. He started working in the Pharmaceutical industry in 1994 as a Pharmaceutical Sales representative for Merck Pharmaceuticals (Merck KGaA). Neil is also a founding director of the not-for-profit organisation, Rare Disease Nurse Network, formed to provide additional nurse support around the world for those affected by rare diseases.
