Natasha Rees

Natasha is an action-oriented, driven, enthusiastic business unit director and leader of people and projects. She leads the UKI Clinical Nutrition & Pharma business at Baxter. Natasha has a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion with a view to- delivering tangible change in the workplace and society.

Natasha transferred from a scientific research background to commercial medical device/pharma sales. She has more than 15 years experience in sales, marketing and business development leadership roles, including P&L responsibility for mature and launch businesses.
