Mildred Johnson oversees the strategic development and management of pharmacy services at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. Her pivotal leadership on the Trust Management Executive Board is complemented by her commitment to medication and patient safety, as demonstrated by her role as chair of multiple committees, including the Trust Drugs, Therapeutics and Medicines Management Committee.

As a Board Member of the UK Pharmacy Professional Leadership Advisory Board, Mildred contributes to advancing the leadership of the pharmacy profession. She also leads the Pharmacy and Divisional teams to forge successful NHS-Industry partnerships, driving service innovation and excellence in healthcare management—a vision aligned with her Master’s in Strategic Healthcare Management and Leadership.

With over a decade of experience as a School Academy Trustee, Mildred has contributed to the effective governance of a high-performing Grammar School. Beyond her professional roles, she is a passionate philanthropist, dedicated to supporting underprivileged communities in the UK and abroad through charitable initiatives.
