His unique perspective, shaped by his identities as gay, ADHD and dyslexic, has been a driving force in fostering inclusivity and achieving exceptional results. His accomplishments include multiple awards at Reed, the UK’s largest recruitment company, such as the Rising Star Award. In 2024, he was nominated by Pro-Manchester for the Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award and the Innovation Professional of the Year. He also received the Medilink Award for Health Innovation in April 2024 for his innovative Employment Passport with diagnostic capabilities.
