Mark is experienced and skilled in driving synergy between commercial and medical affairs functions during business planning and implementation to meet customer and business needs.

He holds a global role in Eli Lilly’s Centre of Excellence for the MSL function, where they optimise MSL strategic priorities to bring value to the organisation. MSLs build trust with the scientific community and, through 2-way dialogue, meet the needs of external experts and inform internal decision-making with the insights learned. Increasing MSL capabilities globally ensures a consistent and unparalleled customer experience. In his role, he engages with and partners with affiliate-based leadership to ensure good governance, foster best practices and empower and elevate the MSL role.
