Mark Pringle

Mark started his professional life in the pharmaceutical industry in 1988 as a sales representative for Warner-Lambert. After a successful career in sales and management, he entered the world of training and development in 1992.

In 2001, Mark set up Business Edge Solutions and Training to provide leading-edge, bespoke training and development solutions. All our interventions are unique to each client and provide pragmatic guidance, advice and direction on leadership and team development.

In 2008 Business Edge was acquired by the United Drug Group of Ireland. United Drug are one of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors’ leading outsourcing services and business solutions providers. Business Edge added to the group’s professional services offerings.

In 2015 the need to focus on internal talent development at Ashfield and external clients led the way to creating the new Talent Team. While maintaining key external clients, Mark’s role has expanded to oversee the identification and development of the next generation of Ashfield leaders.

In October 2018 Mark set up MORExcellent Ltd a company aimed at developing capability excellence. Working with global clients to help people, teams and organisations :
