Lucy found a passion for talent development having started her career in 1997 on the graduate development programme for P&G Pharmaceuticals moving through sales, marketing and HR functions.
She then went on to co-found four successful businesses, have been instrumental in the success of several not-for-profit organisations and acts as a non-executive director for two thriving healthcare businesses.
As Chair of the EMIG Special Interest Group – Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging – Lucy is committed to driving the three pillars of connecting, educating and showcasing great work in this space.
