Luca graduated with first-class honours from UCL in Pharmacology, obtained an MSc in Neuroscience, and completed the two-year Teach First Leadership Development graduate scheme. After six years at Chiesi working as a respiratory medical sales representative across mainly secondary care, he moved into an MSL role at Grow Pharma within the field of medical cannabis.
