Lisa began her career as a graduate trainee at P&G Gillette over 30 years ago in an account management role and progressed to a variety of senior commercial management roles within the FMCG market.
A move to GSK in 2000 marked a shift to pharmaceutical account management in large chain pharmacy. Lisa became the lead for account management excellence within the neuroscience department before a move into the oncology market.
Latterly, she spent six years as L&D Manager at Novartis Oncology before starting her own agency.
Lisa’s flair lies in the psychology of effective communication and personal motivation.
