Laura specializes in engaging her course participants by making complicated concepts and models simple to understand and exciting to learn. This subject matter can vary from the sensitive issue of mental health, negative thinking, and stress management, to pharmaceutical therapy and selling areas, or, as an accredited Insights Discovery provider, even the participant’s own characteristics and behavior.

Laura is an accredited instructor member approved by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England to deliver their adult mental health first aid courses, and her knowledge and training experience covers numerous mental health therapy areas including depression, anxiety, psychosis, schizophrenia, and alcohol dependency. This, along with her natural empathy and many years of training in communication skills and coaching skills, lends itself to exceptional mental health first aid training from her.
As well as training in communication and coaching skills, Laura is an ILM level 3 accredited coach and a certified NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Practitioner.
