Over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry across health policy, market access, and commercialization of medicines, med tech, diagnostics, and digital solutions.

In the aftermath of the 2012 Health and Social Care Act, Larushka has led the set-up and restructure of access and policy functions in the UK for large and small companies. Larushka has also provided consultancy to the ABPI and a range of small start-ups on the UK Government Innovation Pathway. This covers the system process and value proposition across early development through to reimbursement, commissioning, and uptake.

Through her policy work, Larushka has also represented the industry at various forums that have inputted into UK Government Life Science Strategies, Accelerated Access Review, NHS England strategies, operational procedures, and NICE methods and processes.
