Keith Rowland

Since 2017, Keith has taught the CIM Diploma Marketing (and Digital) Strategy module, most recently with Cambridge Marketing College. He is a tutor for the Postgraduate course and for the Level 6 Marketing Apprentices.

 

A former Sales & Marketing Manager for the Surgery Division of Cook Medical, Keith has 32 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry. From 2001-2016 he ran a team of 20 in direct sales and provided training and support to distributors throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to that, he was the UK Head of Sales & Marketing and Product Manager in Urology at Cook (UK). He is an Honorary Fellow of the Association of Surgeons.

 

Keith is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. As Chairman of the Medical Marketing Group until 2015, he organized educational events for the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. He served as Chairman of the Sector Interest Group board and on the Membership & Profession Advisory Group of the CIM.

 

He is a Liveryman and Court Assistant of the Worshipful Company of Marketors, and a Freeman of the City of London. Keith is currently Chairman of Membership and Fellowship.

 

He volunteers for the Campaign for Real Ale and sits on the Marketing & Communications Committee.
