Kate Pheasant

Kate started her career working for the NHS as a Medical Laboratory Scientific Officer in 1986.

For 24 years Kate worked for a blue-chip Pharmaceutical Company in a variety of roles including sales, project management and training and development. Most of her career has been spent supporting Organisational Development Programmes in many different areas including leadership, sales and team development. Kate worked closely with Senior Management to develop and deliver both initial and ongoing training programmes regionally and nationally, and numerous product launches, to support the delivery of the sales and marketing plans and therefore deliver the highest sales growth possible.

Kate formed MEE Consultancy Limited in 2011 and now delivers programmes using accelerated learning techniques as well as bespoke facilitation directly to the NHS or is commissioned by Pharmaceutical Companies who in the changing landscape of the NHS want to be seen as partnering differently and innovatively by their customers. She also works with Pharmaceutical companies and other commercial companies to deliver Teambuilding and Team Effectiveness, Leadership and Management Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, Change and Transformation programmes, Remote Engagement, Value Based Selling, Marketing Services, and Service Redesign. Kate has also worked for many years as a Performance Coach for Medical Science Liaison and Key Account Managers.

Kate has worked with commercial clients such as Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Ipsen, BioMarin, Ferring, Novartis, UCB, Eumedica, Shire, Astellas, BMS, Johnson and Johnson, Flynn Pharma, Celgene, Roche, GSK, Otzuka, Chugai, Sobi, Tesco, HSBC, Steria, Siemens, Day Lewis, Aviva, Safran, and Kohler.

Kate has also worked with a wide range of NHS clients such as Clinical Commissioning Boards and their organisations, Commissioning Support Units, Foundation Trusts, Community Trusts, Cancer Multi-Disciplinary Teams, newly formed Action teams, Local Pharmacy Committees, Healthy Living Pharmacies, Stop Smoking Services, Clinical Networks, Hospices, Public Health/Local Councils.

Qualifications:

Kate has a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology from London University, Queen Mary College, a Distinction in the APBI exam and is accredited to deliver Belbin Team® Roles, Insights Discovery®, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership® II, Situational Team Leadership®, 8 Skills Coaching®, Oz Principal Accountability® and Team building using Myers Briggs Type Indicator®.
