Judy Willits

Judy Willits is a healthcare professional with varied experience in the NHS, private sector, management consultancy and the charitable sector. After commencing her career as a research pharmacist she went on to become one of the first Health Authority Pharmaceutical Advisers to be appointed in the UK.

An MBA from Cranfield University facilitated a career move into the pharmaceutical industry where she undertook roles in new product development, market development and brand management.

Judy moved into management consultancy where, as a Business Unit Director, she combined her expertise in the NHS and the pharma industry supporting clients in new product/service introduction, issues arising around funding and service re-configuration.

She has spent the last 18 years as an independent consultant to the pharmaceutical industry and the NHS bringing together a unique expertise in NHS policy and commissioning; marketing and communications; and NHS training for both Pharma and NHS personnel.

A passion for mentally healthy movement in young people led to Judy co-founding the charity Stormbreak five years ago which now employs 7 members of staff.
