Jonny has, in the past and, although much more controlled now, struggled with his own battles involving anxiety, something he is honest and open about and hopes brings his training to life.
Jonny’s aim is to bring psychological theory and therapy into the workplace, drawing on his own experience as a manager and from mental ill health.
Jonnys is a father, a husband, a line manager, a 999 responder, and a mental health professional.
