Jane Finch (she/her) is a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, working with companies to help make work a place where everyone feels they belong. She was previously European Ally Lead for the LGBTQ+ network for a large multinational pharma company, where she created an Ally toolkit and delivered interactive Diversity and Inclusion workshops alongside her normal job in pharmaceutical manufacturing Quality Assurance. She has two adult children; her younger child is non-binary.
