With lived experience, extensive research and activating strategies, my goal is to inspire, empower and support you to achieve more than you thought possible.

More than 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, developing a wide range of skills, including sales, negotiation, facilitation, pathway re-design, learning and development, and project management.

An elite level athlete, competing for Great Britain Students, qualifying for the Olympic Trials, finished 21st in the Great North Run.

One of the first recipients of the Prime Minister’s Points of Light Award for contributions to the community.

Won the Pride of Britain (North East) Award for Fundraising.

Led a fundraising team for CHUF (Children’s Heart Unit Fund) for more than eight years, completing a number of ultra-endurance challenges and events, raising more than £500,000 in the process.

Highlight challenges included running 100 miles in 24 hours and completing a non-stop cycle (268 miles) and running (52 Miles) from London to Newcastle.

Led the campaign to keep the Newcastle Freeman Hospital’s Children’s Heart Unit open, through more than a decade of uncertainty.

Motivational speaker, providing keynote speeches at events including the Academic Health Science Network Bright Ideas Awards and Institute of Fundraising Conference.

Chair of CHUF, leading the charity through organisational transformation and the COVID-19 pandemic; ensuring not only survival but growth and regional strategic profile.
