Ian has enjoyed an extensive career in sales and performance development. He began in the retail sector and later moved into financial services where he held project and managerial roles. He established himself as a sales specialist performing training and coaching roles working with the sales staff at all levels of the organization.
He became fascinated by what differentiated the individuals who enjoyed excellent client relationships and long-term sales success and the psychology that allowed them to maintain their effectiveness. He is one of only a handful of European-accredited trainers of the Sales Preference Questionnaire (SPQ*Gold®) which now forms the basis of much of his work.
He established Remap in 2000 specializing in attitudinally grounded personal development for all types of salespeople, working with groups and individuals to develop training and innovative learning.
