Hasseena Winter is the Healthcare Systems (HCS) Lead for Novartis, responsible for strategic partnerships with key national stakeholders (e.g. NHS confederation) with the aligned purpose of transforming health and social care to meet current and future patient needs.

A pharmacy graduate, with a degree in biomedical sciences and postgraduate qualification in healthcare commissioning, Hasseena carries a wealth of unique practice across different NHS sectors and national roles in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to having experience in delivering impactful strategic collaborations, her current position includes business development support aligned with system priorities. This includes embedding mindfulness regarding how the life science industry may contribute to health inequalities and ensuring we strive and act to mitigate this.
