Gwynne Morley is General Manager at IQVIA Ireland, where she leads the strategic direction and performance of the affiliate. With over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare and life sciences, she brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, operational excellence, and regulated service delivery.

Before joining IQVIA in 2018, Gwynne held senior roles at Mater Private Network, Uniphar, and UDG Healthcare. Her work has spanned quality leadership, service transformation, and patient pathway redesign, driving measurable improvements in both clinical and commercial outcomes.

A qualified pharmacist, Gwynne holds a degree from Trinity College Dublin and a postgraduate diploma in Health Economics. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, focus on innovation, and ability to build high-performing teams that deliver sustainable impact in complex environments.
