Gill is a senior human resource professional with over 20 years of experience in a variety of sectors. She has a proven track record in positioning HR as a partner to business and has a unique blend of commercialism, pragmatism, and creativity. She is known for transformative leadership focused on people strategies and solutions and is committed to developing best-in-class talent pipelines and development programs.

Over the course of her career, she has built a broad skill set including HR strategy planning, people management, organizational development, learning and development, stakeholder and employee engagement, talent management, change management, budget management, and cost optimization. In addition, she has a strong academic background including a MA in Managing Human Resources and MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change and is fully committed to continuing professional development.

Gill has worked as HR Director for Actelion Pharmaceuticals, and Head of HR for Scholl Retail, and has operated as a tutor with BPP delivering the whole range of CIPD courses. In addition, she has been an HR consultant working on interim assignments and led the HR function at Del Monte in the UK.
