Emma Burlow is a sustainability expert who has been making waves in the industry for over 25 years.

She uses her skills in translating complex sustainability topics and experience working with commercial teams to help businesses navigate the many and varied sustainability challenges they face.

Emma is a trusted advisor to leading companies and founded Lighthouse to offer a more direct approach to advising and upskilling those who now need to lead on this urgent work.

Lighthouse is a leading provider of Carbon Literacy training, Emma and her team of trainers trained more than 500 people in 2022 and have recently launched a Train the Trainer course to develop the capacity needed to deliver training at scale. Emma has trained teams from Beko; Boston Scientific; Silent Night; PZ Cussons and many others.

Lighthouse is developing bespoke Carbon Literacy courses for the Retail & Packaging; Defence and Financial Services sectors including EU / APAC regions. Outside Carbon, Lighthouse also delivers training on Sustainability; Biodiversity and Circular Economy through a business lens.

Emma is a Master Trainer and certified Carbon Literacy Trainer.
