David Bobs

David is a master trainer, coach & facilitator, with a career in learning & development which began in 1995. Between then and 2007 David held several training and development roles of increasing seniority in the biopharmaceutical sector. Since 2007, David has operated his own training consultancy, where he has continued to develop his learning and development practice in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. He has also successfully delivered learning interventions for clients in areas as diverse as management consultancy, financial services, engineering, higher education and local & regional government. David has worked throughout the UK and internationally – across Europe, North and South America and Asia. Participants in David’s programmes have ranged in seniority from junior and mid-level inductees to experienced senior leadership teams. In addition, David has delivered local train-the-trainer and train-the-facilitator sessions on a range of global programmes.

David holds the UK standard training certifications alongside several additional accreditations. He also has a postgraduate qualification in management.
