Colette has over two decades of experience in healthcare, beginning as a Registered Nurse in the NHS and advancing to become a Renal Nurse Specialist in both the UK and Australia before transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, she has served as a Hospital Specialist Key Account Manager and previously as a Regional Market Access Manager, where she applied her expertise in health policy and patient advocacy to drive positive outcomes across specialties such as Oncology, Palliative Care, Emergency and Acute Care, Care of the Elderly, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Substance Misuse.
In these roles, Colette has focused on navigating complex healthcare environments and leveraging key performance indicators to ensure the best possible care for patients. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, she has been instrumental in advancing access to essential medications to a multi-award-winning standard.
At the company level, Colette has championed Disability, Accessibility, and D,E&I initiatives, founding and leading an award-winning Disability D,E&I Employee Network. Her passion for D,E&I continues in her work as a champion of health equality, which has contributed to her success and effectiveness in her healthcare career.
