At the tender age of 18, my career began at Northampton General Hospital, where I trained to become an operating department practitioner. I furthered my career in the NHS as a senior critical care ODP.

Little did I know then that my attributes, tenacity, resilience, empathy and compassion, coupled with the clinical skills, knowledge, and experience gained in the NHS, would play a huge role in my success and passion for improving patient outcomes in commercial healthcare roles.

I took great pride in my leadership roles managing successful sales teams across the UK & Ireland, driven to ensure patients had access to life-transforming and lifesaving treatments.

So, my final chapter in my career takes me away from global corporate organisations to join our family business, a growing SME with a group of talented professionals passionate about connecting communities with companies and putting Social Value into ACTION by utilising a unique approach to Social Value… The CWaNA ™ exciting times!
