Chrissy is a Training and Development consultant with extensive experience in leading the design and delivery of creative training solutions across global blue-chip organisations. Her roles as Global and International Training Directors together with leading UK training teams have enabled her to understand the business challenges at all levels. She is a qualified psychotherapist with an in-depth understanding of behaviors and emotional barriers to change, which makes her an engaging coach, enabling Leaders to find and achieve their true potential.

In an ever-changing environment, companies will need to implement new ideas effectively. People make things happen not process, so leaders who are able to engage and lead their teams through the maze of constant change may determine the success of the future. They need the emotional intelligence to manage their own stress and be flexible in their coaching style to keep their teams steadily performing. Chrissy has worked for several companies that have gone through Global transformation and has experienced firsthand how leaders and their teams have either thrived or struggled through the changes demanded of them.
