Carolyn has worked within the pharmaceutical & healthcare industry for the last 25 years and has worked across sales, marketing, training, education, NHS policy, and market access, supporting major brands at pre-launch and through to product life cycle management.
Carolyn has specialized over the last seven years, working as a consultant within the market access arena, supporting companies through the development and implementation of strategies across many disease areas, education, and training for field & office staff.
Carolyn’s passion is access to medicines for all patients, firmly believing in the right to access. She has very strong knowledge of the NHS and Payer market, having worked on many assignments within the UK and Global affiliates.
Carolyn’s expertise within market access includes market access strategy & planning, stakeholder mapping, NHS & Payer brand planning, national Payer educational programmes, pre-launch planning and strategy, and training & coaching of Sales and HDM teams.
