Ben has a passion for developing innovative approaches to healthcare challenges, utilising novel technologies and data to support patient outcomes, and building an engaging culture for colleagues.

An experienced pharma and healthcare leader having worked in a variety of senior leadership and general management roles, both in the UK and across Europe, Japan, Korea and ANZ. Ben has strong experience across multiple disease areas, including vaccines, oncology and specialty medicines in particular.

He has a proven ability to manage significant multi-billion P&Ls and lead country teams across the globe. Ben successfully delivered across the country and international roles to bring new medicines and vaccines to launch from early clinical trial development. He has deep general management and marketing experience having led commercial organisations to build industry-leading portfolios in multiple disease areas.
