Ankita Mediratta

As a Senior Manager Strategic Market Access at GSK, I work with colleagues across the UK Commercial team to deliver innovative and patient-focused solutions that enhance access and value for our medicines and vaccines. I also serve as the Chief of Staff to the Commercial New Product Introduction Board, where I facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment on the launch strategy and execution of our new products in the UK market.

I joined GSK in 2020 as part of the Future Leaders Programme, a global graduate scheme that offers diverse and challenging rotations in different functions and regions. I completed rotations in the Office of the CEO, Europe Commercial team, and the Reputation & Responsible Business Team, where I developed and demonstrated skills in strategic thinking, stakeholder management, public affairs, and corporate responsibility. I am also passionate about leadership development and talent network, and I currently co-chair the global graduate Talent Network at GSK (TalNet), having previously led the Europe and UK chapters. I hold a First Class Bachelor’s degree (with Honours) in Liberal Arts (Theology, Spanish & Business) from Durham University, where I was the President of the Durham University Business Society, leading over 450+ members and coordinating the executive team.
