Ankita Mediratta, as a Senior Manager of Strategic Market Access at GSK, works with colleagues across the UK Commercial team to deliver innovative and patient-focused solutions that enhance access and value for the company’s medicines and vaccines. In addition, she serves as the Chief of Staff to the Commercial New Product Introduction Board, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and alignment on the launch strategy and execution of new products in the UK market.
Ankita joined GSK in 2020 through the Future Leaders Programme, a global graduate scheme that offers diverse and challenging rotations in various functions and regions. During this time, she completed rotations in the Office of the CEO, the Europe Commercial team, and the Reputation & Responsible Business team, developing strong skills in strategic thinking, stakeholder management, public affairs, and corporate responsibility. Passionate about leadership development and talent networks, she currently co-chairs the global graduate Talent Network at GSK (TalNet), after previously leading both the Europe and UK chapters.
Ankita holds a First Class Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Liberal Arts (Theology, Spanish & Business) from Durham University, where she served as President of the Durham University Business Society, leading over 450 members and coordinating the executive team.
