In his award-winning career, the threads that run through it, are his passion to improve the lives of patients and challenging the status quo. Andy believes that truly great marketing must bridge the gap between strategy design and tactical execution.
Since leaving a corporate career in 2019, Andy founded Strategix Biomed a specialist marketing strategy consultancy with an ambition to realign strategic planning as the cornerstone of good marketing practice. In 2020, Andy launched the PRISM™ Planning Process, designed for marketing professionals in the Life Sciences; it provides a streamlined methodology for creating a structured marketing plan that is in sync with the ambitions of their business. The unique toolkit that drives PRISM™ not only saves a lot of time (without compromising the plan), but it eradicates the frustrations experienced by many marketers freeing them to focus on tactical execution and commercial excellence.
His organisation also provides bespoke training courses and workshops for aspiring marketers (those transitioning into marketing) and marketing professionals wanting to become more strategic in their thinking.
