Andy Anderson is a highly experienced industry recruitment professional, having spent 20 years working in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare markets. Previously Andy worked within both Pharma and Medical device commercial teams for blue-chip organisations such as Astra Zeneca, Sanofi and Boston Scientific.

Andy joined Evolve Selection in 2008. Along with his Co-Director Chris, they focus on commercial, clinical, medical and regulatory vacancies. Their aim is to bring an honest and transparent approach to the sector. Andy and his company work with a vast range of clients across the pharma and healthcare markets. They operate within the UK and international Markets.

Andy is a fantastic source of information regarding candidate skillsets and enhancing recruitment processes. He has a wealth of knowledge and a very proactive approach when helping clients correctly identify talent and understand the available talent pool for the markets in which they operate. Andy has also developed virtual video interview platforms previously.
