Since 2016, Andy has worked at GSK leading a project developing a one stop shop service for employee workplace adjustments and building disability confidence.

Andy co-leads the GSK global Disability Confidence Network employee resource group. He is a member of GSK Global Disability Council, helping to lead GSK’s three-year disability confidence strategy.

Andy is also a UK ambassador for Purple Space, a professional development and networking platform hub aimed at disability employee network leaders and disabled employees in business across the private and public sector.

In 2015 Andy retired from a career spanning 30 years in the Metropolitan Police Service latterly specialising in training and development, diversity and inclusion, disability networks (founder/leader) and workplace adjustments.
